cookery book

hey guys! :)

for a project in school I wanna create a cookery book with vegeterian and vegan recipes from all around the world.

so it would be very great if some of you could send me your favourite recipe. you really would help me.

when the book is finished I will send all the recipes to all people who sended one to me.

My favourite vegan recipe is raw vegan! I dont know if this mind..

I made "zucchini pasta" with an spiralizer, and I add the sauce, made of tomato, red pepper, some basilicum and a little of lemon juice! There is also people who add avocado to made the sauce.. its better if you want it to taste for people who is not vegan, they will taste it better with something with fat like avocado! but you can also add nuts or seeds instead of avocado...

its really yummi!!!!! I hope you like it =)

Hi, I love the idea of the cookery book and already cooked the vegan sarma, thank you so much ;) Please keep the ideas coming ..
and for the german speaking ones amongst you: Every monday, I post a recipe for a world dish (either vegan or vegetarian, the sarma already made it in there in a slightly changed version)
