Make sure to check out Rupp's. It's a vegetarian Irish pub. The food is great and mostly vegan, and if you like whiskey they have over 600!

Landia and Biobar are also very good.

I'm about to go try a vegan Taiwanese place, so I'll let you know how that is.

For Wien, I recommend Formosa - it's a Taiwainese Buddhist store that makes amazing vegan Wiener Schnitzel :)

I also went to Vegetasia, and had a good meal there: http://www.vegetasia.at/

There are more listings here, but the two above are the two that I went to:

Have fun!

I also recommend all the places mentioned so far in Vienna.
My favourite place is probably a tie between Bio Bar (www.biobar.at), and Landia.
Nice Rice (which was right near my accommodation, and tucked into an alleyway) was great too.
There's also a CS group specifically for veg/vegan in Vienna: http://www.couchsurfing.org/group.html?gid=8469
Have fun!

I was just at Rupp's tonight for a second time. Great food (pancake soup, schitzel, apple strudel). Formosa has great bubble tea but their cordon bleu gave me a stomach ache. There's also a place near the Shottentor U-bahn stop called Deewan that is a pay-as-you-wish buffet with 3 vegan curries (and two meat dishes).
