Hi Bertrand,
I am just arrive in Paris for my PhD research in architecture.

It is a long time that I don't climb (maybe 3 o 4 years) but I love to do in it in mountain or outdoor...
When I was trained I able to do around 6 grade by first one ( I don't know if there are a similar scale in France)
Anyway I will be really happy to climb during my staying.
unfortunately at the present I have my climb staff in italy but from the half of may I could bring it

I speak just some words in French and i would like to learn and practice it...

hope to hear you soon

Hi Bertrand,
can I be a crazy dude too? :)

I did some bouldering last fall while I was in Croatia, but I stopped as I moved to Paris.
I'm really just a beginner, but I enjoyed it very much. And as I climbed to a roof last friday, I realized it would be better to stick to the walls :)

I joined the group on FB!
A+

Hi Bertrand, I'm french, in Paris since 8 years, on couchsurfing since today ;-) and I went for the first time in Fontainebleau last week. There I got interested in the climbing possibility. I never tried but consider myself as a good climber when I was a child ;-)

I exercize three times a week (run, dance, swim, yoga) but am intrigued by lot of other stuff (climbing is one, slack line, canyoning... are others).

I read you go climbing during the week days, which I can do too (I am mostly my own boss so I sometimes prefer to work during the week-end and go out week-days while sun is here and people at work ;-)

My profile is new so a bit empty right now but I'll work on it.

Hope to talk to you soon,
Wilfried

hey dude,

I just moved from San Francisco but have been climbing for a few year out in California. I've mostly stuck to top roping and gym climbing, with some bouldering, but open to climb more outside when it warms up. I brought my shoes so looking forward to getting on a rock soon!

Let me know.

hi everyone,

so i noticed this thread is all boys, but i will reply anyways.
i just moved here from bordeaux where i started climbing around 7 months ago. I have only been a few times, like once a month, on indoor walls, but it would interest me to continue climbing as i really enjoyed it.
for now i am off on sundays and mondays, the rest of the week i generally work rather late.
if anyone gets anything going id like to partake, so please let me know!

bises to all

Cool Bertrand,

This week, I could be available on wednesday or thursday (tuesday is also a can be), would one of this work for you ?

I never tried climbing before. So from your experience, do you think I should get a session for beginners first or shoul I go straight to the experience?

See you,

Wilfried

Thx, Tereza

Well,

Your message is a little bit old, but maybe you are still interested in partners. In Brazil I'm in military and I had a one week climbing training, but it's not like the normal climbing because they use different techniques, looking more safety.
But, anyway, I'm beginer, really beginer, but I'll be glad to join you and learn a little bit more!

See you

Hi everyone,

I'm quite new in Paris and it will be great if i could join you for climbing. I know that there is a wall in Issy les Moulienaux. Maybe we could organise a meeting one week-end ?

I climbed many times at this wall. It's an interesting one : 4 different rooms, climbing routes are around 12 meters high. It's nice to go there, for beginners and for experts.

I could join U on saturdays or sundays...

Have a nice trip ! ;-)
