Hello CSers, it's Alliah inviting you to my next private event and all of you can feel free to come along and have a blast. If you are new in town I am looking forward to meeting you. Add me as a friend so I know who is coming so I can greet you.

One thing that makes you a real New Yorker is getting into the most exclusive parties without having to wait or pay a dime. Therefore, join us for the party of the year at the world's first eco-friendly nightclub, Greenhouse. Greenhouse is made mostly from recycled materials and has the feeling of a glitzy nature preserve, with a huge waterfall and a ceiling made of live plants. Greenhouse is Mother Earth's Most Upscale New Club and opened November 12th and its exclusively ours for our festive Christmas Eve Sexy Social Soiree from 6pm to 10pm. It's a chance for you to mix with other like-minded people, chill out, have a tasty drink, network and make a friend or start on your new year’s resolution to meeting that special someone. Come on the early side so that we may all get started together in all the fun!! After 10pm the doors open to the public.

Phone all your friends, colleges, co-workers and share our excitement, invite them to this exclusive party or come out on your own and party with the best of Meetup exclusive members. Meetup Organizers wanting to attend this event then you Must invite your groups for what will be the place to be and be seen in. This place is so exclusive that it is difficult to get into and we’ve made it easy. No need to wait in a ridiculous line for hours, or get on a guest list or fight off a Gorilla bouncer to get in, just Come Party and Save the Environment while you indulge in an array of young professionals in their 20’s, 30’s and beyond and jive to the best in world sounds and top 40. Imagine a space so grand and fresh that you’ll feel revived as if you are in the midst of the Amazon jungle.

The club located at 150 Varick St. in SoHo is the brainchild of Jon B., owner of Home and Guest House. Jon says the idea for a green club came to him while sitting on a beach in Miami. "I was trying to think of a good club concept for the next generation," he says. "I think green is cool. And if it's not cool yet, it's going to be cool." The bilevel, 6,000-square-foot space is the first nightlife destination in New York to seek LEED certification, the official stamp of approval from the US Green Building Council. That means that everything from building materials and garbage disposal, energy and water usage, has to be regulated and reduced. Greenhouse is going for the luxury feel while hoping to earn a few kudos for waste-reducing features like the waterless urinals, which are supposed to reduce water use by 15,000 gallons annually; and by buying 100 percent wind-generated power. Greenhouse is also using LED lighting in order to reduce the electricity usage. With walls made of sustainable bamboo instead of wood and LED lightbulbs that use just one-thirtieth of the energy of regular incandescent bulbs, the space cost 40 percent more to build than a traditional club but after close to a 3 year wait, it is the best that has happened to the Big Apple nightlife.
