Hey Larkin,

I've got this mate that lives right next to you there in Tijuca. He is really into the USA culture and actually lived there for a year, and I'm sure he would be delighted to help you out with the Portuguese Language. As he is new to the CS community, he's still working on his profile so I'm sending you his facebook address. I'll let him know you'll get in touch.

Hope you two get along famously!

Cheers!

Muito muito bom bom dia Larkin and all the great people beautiful souls!! :D

Be honest to my ownself, at first im scared and hesitated to post this....

but your lines in your profile of "I want to know you and your world, I am young but have an old spirit." "I believe that we all have our lights and darks and everything in between and I want to know them!" ... gave me courage and bravery and whispered to me : give it a shot, just try, she can't be that harsh, No Harm Done anyway! So i did . I just posted it here now now :)))

if i may ........

Can i offer you with English, Chinese, Malay, Cantonese (and other Asian languages) ??? And also multiple Sports sharing?? :D (i'm super crazy sports fan!)

And in exchange i would seriously like to learn about LIVING ABROAD!!! I dont know how :((((

Humbly i ask ... Anyone?? Is it possible?? :S

P.s : Affinity for dark violent movies?? Allow me to share some with you :) ummm..... there are so many i watched and loved so where should i start? aahhhhh ok!! let's perhaps start with recent years ones?
'Driven' - starring Ryan Gosling, it is Neo Noir + Violent, really specially crafted.
'Collateral' - one of few Tom Cruise's movies that is considered GREAT!
'God Bless America' - Starring Joel Murray, perhaps slightly less violence in it but it's highly recomended if you are a Contemplate type. It's about society nowadays and the thinking and the conservations and materialism and wrongful stereotypes etc-etc. It's dark in a comedic, satirical way. Super!

Some older ones like :

'Sleepy Hollow' - A trio combination of Tim Burton + Jonny Depp + Christina Ricci (and most probably you and most people already have watched nonetheless:)
'Fight Club' - Dark + plus perhaps just that little bit LESS violenCE. Starring Brad Pitt. A David Fincher's film means u have to be a fan of Psychologies and Contemplation! This film is so special so NOT ORDINARY the reviews have been fiercely debated! It has become a Cult movie. It's high paced and it keeps u thinking throughout the play. It's really one of its kind You either dislike it,think it's rubbish, or you love it so much u put it in your "One of the Greatest movie" list:)
'Miller's Crossing' - by the Coen Brothers. Noir and Gangster = Violence! hehe And let me just quote this... "This is a noir with a touch so light, the film seems to float on the breeze like the Frisbee of a fedora sailing through the forest." (plus if u havent had enough with Tony Montana back then.... you'll have more Al Pacino-esque in it)

Perhaps we can Discuss more people!!! (i love the Screen Art and Actings i dream to be an Actor one day) :D

A Joyful Weekend to Everyone!! XD
God Bless everybody.

Miss Larkin's

"Types of People I enjoy"
I have a hard time finding people who I don't enjoy meeting or learning from...so if you are one of them, I would love to meet and learn from you!

It's really encouraging and inspiring! It gives Bravery and Courage to shy people like me to open up for once and approach people. Just people (thus even those "Unapproachables" to us)

So i would like to THANK YOU, MISS LARKIN, before anything! :)

God Bless you
