If you are not concerned about warranty, you can try to take it to the Yazicioglu Han in Kadikoy across from the bus stops on Bascavus Sokak.

Or you can try to describe the situation in here like stuck during loading phase, blue screen, no screen, no power, ssmoky smell from the mainboard or even sth like my computer gained consciousness and refuse to serve me as a slave and plotting to enslave me instead.

Then some tech minded nerdy people can try to help you from here. At least they would be able to give you some homemade solutions based on the problem.

It will be so simple steps at least identify problem quickly;)

It can be software or hardware problem

1-Make sure power button works
2-Make sure screen works(if you a cablo to connect another screen device you can test it )
3- If device work but you can not open let us know

Anyway I should highly recommend you to search in Apple forums or contact with Apple users.
