Hi everyone,

I would likie to share with a a project that I'm managed right now, certainly the best challenge of my entire life !

>> From April 2013 I will embark by myself on a 6 month travel through North India, Nepal, Australia and Jamaica. I will backpack with the intended travel to be both educational and journalistic. I will seek out people who have chosen to live in alternative ways and with great distance from the very individualistic and consumptive model. I will meet human beings who have opted for a lifestyle that is more respectful to the environment, and that is centred towards sharing and solidarity.

My project is challenging because it is my first solo long journey. Through this travel, I will set out to show that it is possible to travel differently, to travel with little: enough to make many candidates launch themselves into departure . My travel is about responsible tourism that goes far from the beaten paths and closest to the people. It proves that each person can, much like a hummingbird, being actor of the change right next to his place as at the other side of the planet.

My travel will aim to bring more clearly to one’s awareness the benefits of happy temperance, and demand a minimum of expenditure by integrating myself into organic farms as a WWOOFer. I wish to promote interculturality by being in total immersion with the local populations by sharing their daily life. I wish to make visible hospitality so that symbolically the (cultural, social, political, etc) borders break down between people. As a citizen of the world, I will help in schools and orphanages as a volunteer. In addition, as a humanistic Rastafarian, nostalgic with the sixties, my tour will be a pilgrimage for the benefit of my personal spirituality.

Throughout my travel I will publish online articles (travel diaries, portraits, interview, reports, etc) and photographs on a blog dedicated to the project.
