YOGA, PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION - Melbourne
Hey all :)
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED! All levels welcome. It doesn't matter if you're not flexible etc!
I'm going to be teaching yoga in various parks in Melbourne. Mostly VInyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga (modified series!) and laughter yoga.
I like to adapt to the individual needs of others so if there is anything in particular you'd like to address, just let me know.
I will also share practices of various pranayamas, meditation, use singing bowls and sometimes music.
