Sending money to France
Posted January 14th, 2013 - 4:25 pm by from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Permalink)
I have found a convenient chambre d'hôte near the meeting place, but to reserve it I have to send 60e by mandat postal, and I can't find a way to do this from Brazil for I can only send money to Brazilian residents abroad (!).
How are you managing to send money to the places you are renting?

What/where is it?
I'm looking for a place to stay, too.
Maybe I can help?

The link is here, Cherie.

It seemed very convenient, only 8 km from the meeting. They have several rooms free for the period, some 45e a day others 35e.

If I stay there I can give rides to 3 persons.

Thanks for the tips, my bank has access to WU to send money BUT I'm only allowed to send money this way to a Brazilian resident that is travelling abroad.

Roger,
I read today that sending money via Western Union is not guaranteed or insured. So take care.

I am investigating yet another property. Seems to have become my full time job these days! It is approximately a 30 min. drive to St. Pardoux d'Ans. What do you think? Too far?

Becky,

Thanks for the warning.

30 minutes:it depends where it is. If it is in the direction of the perigord Noir, it is an advantage. Where is it after all?
