Couple looking for a host 2/16
Posted February 4th, 2013 - 2:31 pm by from Philadelphia, United States (Permalink)
Hello! My boyfriend and I (age 25 and 26) are planning to come down from Philly for the rally and would love a place to crash on Saturday night. We haven't spent much time in DC, so it would be awesome to stay with someone who might be interested in going out with us and showing us some cool spots. Planning to drive, so an area with parking would be great, but we could also take public transportation if that makes more sense. Please reply or send me a message if you are interested in hosting us or would like some more information about us! We do our best to be polite and respectful guests and could definitely bring our own blankets/pillows, so we'd be fine crashing on the floor if necessary. :)

Hello,

I have two couches and would be glad to host you the night of the 16th. We also have a parking pass which you can use.

I live in the Takoma Park area near a metro, so you can ride that into the city.

I'm 25 and work for a peace and justice advocacy org in DC. So looking forward to the rally!

Send me an e-mail and I can give you my phone number to work out details kphilipson1 (at) gmail.com

Hi Cara - I didn't see an e-mail from you. I did see one from someone named Lilly though. Let me know if you still need a place :)

Best,

Katherine
