Large furnished vedroom available in downtown penthouse (Davie Village)

Hi everyone!

A good friend of mine (David) is currently looking to rent out the third bedroom (fully furnished) in his downtown penthouse.

I appreciate the price may be a little out of some CSers price range, but I promised David I'd place this post for him any way -- and I can assure you he's an AWESOME guy who anyone would be honoured to have as a roomie :-)

His Craig's List ad is here:

Ah yeah, so that's BEDroom -- not VEDroom.

Hmmm, weird! I just asked my friend about the room and he e-mailed me back with the following response:

"No, I haven't found someone yet. The room is ready and waiting and anytime someone wants to move in, I will just adjust the rent for the rest of the month from the date they move in :-)

My ad is still there, but I probably re-posted it with a new listing address. Tell you friend to search Burnaby Penthouse on C'list and it will come up.

The picture is of a blue BR, listed as $995 +$80 utilities (trying to capture people who are looking for 'under 1000').

You can also tell your friend to call me directly and just say s/he is your friend. 604.787.1766"

If you could post the link that would be helpful.

Please call him -- he'd prefer to speak with people directly. More personal, ya know? :-)
