Dec. 25 - Jan. 1st Full Apartment on Commercial Drive for "Borrow" or Swap (Toronto) for Cat People ONLY (tranduction français possible)
Posted November 20th, 2013 - 5:47 pm by from Vancouver, Canada (Permalink)

fr - si tu peux seulment parler français, dis-moi, et je peux te envoyer un tranduction. :)

de - Wann du kannst nur Deutsch sprechen, ich kann (viellicht?) dich helfen. :)
English - Hey, we have a full apartment for borrow or swap (two bedrooms with two beds). We are hoping to swap for a full apartment in Toronto, but if we can't find someone willing to swap, then we can work with a borrow. If it's a borrow, and if you can afford it, we'd be more cool with a very reduced rate short-term rental ($75/night for the whole apartment? Not too bad for two rooms) so we can afford a hotel. If that's outside of your budget, and you're a cat person, message us anyways. :)

Here's what we're looking for:
1. If you want to throw a noisy party, you may throw one on New Years Eve, but you must invite only people you know/trust; if our stuff is stolen, we'll be mad. ;) Otherwise, other parties require a thumbs-up from the upstairs neighbours (who are really nice).
2. Do not bring any gluten into the apartment (I can tell you more about what it is if you do not know). I have Celiac disease, and even a crumb of gluten can put me in bed for three days. Our kitchen is also vegetarian (including fish). :)
3. We have three kitties, and one of them is sick. We're hoping find cat people to stay, and someone who is able to somewhat monitor basic cat-health (for instance, is there puking? Lethargy? Unusual poos?), and you might have to apply pain medication in his ear/give him liquid medication (which is easy, and I have gloves). In the unlikely condition that his situation worsens, you will have to notify me ASAP so I can call my mom.

4. Be a person with lots of positive references (since we're trusting you in our home and with our sick kitty!)

Anyways, message me if you'd be interested! Tell me a bit about yourself, and your companions. :)
