1 bedroom apt on the UWS march 15th-23rd

I have a one bedroom apartment on the UWS I'd like to let out during my spring break. I'm hoping to get 7-800 for the 9 or 10 days, and I would be happy to let you surf a couple days before or after for free. I'm negotiable on the price and will probably throw it up on CL and Airb&b but all for all I'd rather rent to surfers.

I have a one bedroom but also a living room, kitchen and private bath and am less than a block from central park. My address is a block away from the 110 and CPW subway station. My bedroom can accommodate two people quite nicely and I have had 2 people sleep on the floor in the living room more than a few times. This would include all utilities and WIFI, let me know if your interested.

This guy is trying to get people to pay almost $100 a night.I bet that its not even his apartment. At that price a hotel might be cheaper.

Hey Karen, unfortunately I have class during those days and will be here.

Dave, while its great you are trying to contribute to the community, $70 a day for an apartment that sleeps 4 comfortably in a good area is definitely cheaper than any hotel (or hostel I know of) also couchsurfing is a place to make connections with people, not hold grudges because someone questions your motives.

for anyone else reading this I am talking in reference to this https://www.couchsurfing.org/group_read.html?gid=7084&post=14174193
