This is a very nice, sunny and spacious apartment in one of the safest and best neighborhoods of New York, Sunnyside.
Apt is 1 bedroom with a huge queen size bed and a very comfy sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchen has a big table where you can sit, relax and have meals. And there is also 2 built-in closets in the apt and a bathtub in the bathroom.
3-4 people can easily fit. It comes with all appliances, TV, WiFi, fridge, stove, microwave...etc.
Only 7mins walk to the subway and 20mins to the city. Very clean and nice neighborhood with tons of cafes, pubs, restaurants and markets. Very interesting neighborhood with a lot of fun.

To be paid upfront.

Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks!

Random questions,

What is so special about this apt. to be $2200/month.

How many people can rent it? Would you allow 4-5 CSers to rent it?

Hi Dean, I appreciate your interest. This is a very nice apartment in Sunnyside. You know even an empty apt which you have to sign a contract and need to go thru credit score checks + broker fee...etc is very expensive in NY. this is a fully furnished apt, with no boreker fees, no 1 month rent deposits and no contracts. May not 5 but 3-4 people can fit. ;)

I am born and raised in Queens, so I thought that it is also too expensive for a 1BR in SunnySide. that's why I was honestly curious about what was so special about that apartment.
