Room for rent in the 6th district (30m2) starting FEB
Posted December 31st, 2012 - 3:43 pm by from Vienna, Austria (Permalink)
Dear all,

as I won't be here in February and I may have the opportunity to live with a friend, I am renting my room in a shared flat.

The room is 30m2 big, furnished(a bed, the most comfortable mattress in town, a drawer chest, a desk and a bedside table). All this in white and from the Hemnes Ikea bedroom line, except for the bed which is from the leirvik line and the mattress). I paid 500€ for everything two years ago, and I am asking for 220€ from you.
It is very quiet as the windows lead to the inner courtyard.

An important thing for some folks, this is not a 'durchgangszimmer', but my flatmate's is, that means you have to go through his to get to your potential room. This has been no problem at all, he works and does not hang around his room all day long. And if it happens that one wants to stay in, it is nonetheless a very relaxing atmosphere.
Other than him, there is Caroline, the 3rd flatmate, in her own room.

The flat is in the very centre of Vienna, 5 min. walk to the ring(burggarten, volksgarten), extremely near to the popular MQ, many bars, cafes and restaurants(of course, the naschmarkt). Location wise it could not be better.
Inside we have everything but dishwasher. The bathtub is jacuzzily big, which i reckon is an advantage I never really profited from(too much water, folks).

And last but not least: PRICES. The rent is 365€ a month, all included. The bail is 700€ and the redemption for the furniture is 220€.

Phillipp is coming back the 14th, but you can visit the room beforehand and see if you are interested and then meet him. Caroline comes back Jan 05th. There is no time limit for your stay.
