hola mi hermanos y hermanas,

Could you help me. I am looking for books to read, written buy local authors to South America such as Fabrico Guamán.

I am particuarly intersted in the subjects of solidarity, social change and grass-roots movements.

most of the books I have read recently are written by someone looking in from the outside of the continent, so I am keen to get an indigenous perspective.

Gracias,

Ruperto

Hiya Rupert,

This is a collection of essays written by local Latin American authors about "Civic Service and Volunteering in Latin America." I've only gotten through half of them, but can safely say they are very interesting and insightful thus far.

Not sure if this is the kind of reading you're looking for...

Abrazo,
Celeste
