Hey Neftali,

if you'll be passing by south-western Serbia, drop by for some mate! ;-)

Hitch-hiking works fine, but expect quite short days in 2nd half of November (gets dark about 16/17h). There are also buses from both Podgorica and Tirana.

As for Mitrovica, I'm sure you'll easily find someone to talk to when you get there. Otherwise I can ask a friend of mine if he's still there or has moved to Pristina to meet you.

Thanks for reply artu!

Yes, I already know that Serbia just rightnow aren't the best way to enter Kosovo :)

Days gonne be shorts, you are right... Maybe I'll try to find accommodation in some city near Montenegro's border, and next day continues the ride to Prizren, Mitrovica or Pristina. If not possible I just will take the bus.

If I can't find any CSurfer in Mitrovica I'll send you a message a few days before my arrival to try to contact you friend.

FALEMINDERIT!!!

I mean that for avoid any kind of little problem in north kosovo border with serbian authorities the best way to access Pristina for a foreig like me is any another way.

That's right?

No. The problem is only when going from Kosovo to Serbia without previously having visited Serbia. Other way round is ok.

Really? So I was very wrong... That makes me revise all the route I thought because going from Belgrad to Kosovo is the easiest, cheapest and fastest way for me, I just was afraid about serbian controls on that area.

There are some bus service? Maybe Novi Pazar - North Metrovica? There is no problem to cross Metrovica from side to side?

Right know I know was a good idea to ask!

People say here "Preguntando se llega a Roma" (Asking is the way to arrive in Rome).

Pues hoy preguntando se llega al final del mundo '-)

There are buses from Belgrade (as well as Novi Pazar) to both Mitrovica and Pristina and there's no problem crossing the bridge in Mitrovica. I did it.

For timetables you can check: http://www.bas.co.rs/basweb_eng/RedVoznje.aspx?lng=en (just be sure to type Kosovska Mitrovica)
