Travel to Senegal/Gambia before 8th August?

Dear couchsurfers,
have you decided to travel to Senegal? First: congratulations, your travel is really worth it and I'm sure you will have many nice experiences and meet friendly and open-minded people.
Second: you might help one German girl and her former Senegalese host family.
Why? I've done a voluntary service in Senegal in 2009 and now I would like to invite my guest sister to Germany for holidays. She got an appointment at the German embassy on 8th August but we still need to send her some documents. - Sending letters from Europe to Senegal might take months. So anyone thinks that it could be possible to take this letter with her/him? You can open it, in order to see that there is nothing inside but paper with German words and some photos. And you would do such a great favour... and: you get to know Fatou, my guest sister, who's an amazing friend and could show you a bit around in Dakar or the Casamance. She can fetch the letter from Dakar or Banjul, just let me know where.
Again: if anybody could do this it would just be awesome. Or anybody knows another, better possibility? (I've written to all my Senegalese friends in Europe but it seems like nobody goes there during raining season- quite understandable, however...)
Best regards
