Anyone knows about singing lessons?

Hi there:)
Im new in New York, just moved from Spain 3 weeks ago, and I used to have my weekly singing lesson there, and so it happens that I would like to go on with that because I love singing;)
Does anybody knows about affordable singing lessons that I could apply for? Is there any teacher CouchSurfer that can make an offer to me:)?
I really appreciate any kind of clue with this,
Thanks!:))
Best

Hey there. I am no teacher but I would check out the website teachertone.com. That website hooked me up with my voice coach and he has been great. Lessons are like $60/hour.

Cheers,

Joe

Hey, guys!
I'm a singer and piano/voice instructor. Currently I work as a session singer, performer in clubs in NY and teach kids in Art School in Brooklyn. I have a degree as a choir-master and was working as a voice instructor over 4 years. If you are passionate about music and would love to improve your skills feel free to contact me.

I'm an opera singer and I can give lessons for $50 an hour if you're interested. I also give coaching on Italian and German diction. Message me if you're interested. =]
