Nice room in Oakleigh for 100 dollar a week, available now!

About the house: 5 other housemates, 3 aussie girls 1 aussie guy and 1 English guy, (all really lovely, sociable, respectful etc).

The house is, let's say- quirky, with character! It has 2 bathrooms, nice size kitchen with 2 fridges, big lounge with tv, wifi and a nice sunny garden with flowers and a lemon tree!

The room is small and furnished with a single bed, desk and wardrobe and the rent is only $400 a month! It is available after around the 16 th November. That $100 a week includes bills, tv and wifi.

Oh and Oakleigh station is only a 10/15 minute walk away, where you can find loads of cafe's and restaurants, a small shopping centre and woolworths and coles. Only about 25 minutes train ride from Melbourne city. Regular buses running to Chadstone shopping centre/or a 25 minute walk.

The only thing I would say is that we would preferably like someone who will be staying for a little while as it means that we don't have to keep finding new housemates and the rent stays consistent! Also, we kinda prefer a guy to move in just to balance things out a bit....

Anyway contact us and we'll make a date for you to come and see the place and meet your housemates!

My housemate Mels number is 0417 525 127.

Hello,
I tried calling your housemate Mel about the room you ladies and gents have for rent but she didn't answer.
My fiance and i are in Brisbane right now coming to Melbourne within the next few weeks (depending on if we can get a place sorted or not)
We would love to grab this room if possible... We're just wondering if there's any bond and when you would want someone to move in.

Thanks! And can't wait to hear from you,
Kelsey+Trevor

Hey guys,

Mel is working during the day, so if you try to call after 7 I think you'll reach her. Other ways send Anita a message (who also replied above) The bond is 400, and we would prefer as soon as possible, but we'll see how it goes. Talk to Mel, not a 100% sure if its ok if 2 people move in as well.

Cheers,

Nienke
