Short-term sublet in Brunswick 1st May - 8th June

I'm looking to sublet my fully furnished room in Brunswick while away in Europe. The room is available from 1st May - 8th June. It's a large room with ensuite, tv and lots of cupboard space. It's a three bedroom house so you would be sharing with my two housemates. The house is on Nash St which is conveniently located between Lygon St and Sydney Rd. It's walking distance to heaps of great cafes and bars. You have trams 1 & 8 on Lygon St & tram 19 on Sydney Rd, Bus 508 on Blyth St and the Upfield train line a short walk away. It's a great area! There is heaps of non-permit free parking out front and you are welcome to use my bike also.

I am preferably looking for someone who would be interested in looking after my dog as part of the sub-lease. She is a lovely 6 yr old Dachshund named Lulu. She sleeps in her own bed but in my room. She obviously requires feeding and walking, so be great if you were a dog lover. All food costs for her would be covered by myself and you would have discounted rent to say thanks! I would just prefer this than having to put her in a kennel for 5 weeks.

If you or anyone you know is interested please send me a PM and we can talk conditions and dollars. If you're interested in sub-leasing the room but not looking after Lulu still contact me as i know its a bit of a long shot finding someone who would want to do that! Would also consider a couple for the room.

Hi Sarah,
Just read your request for some one to sublet your room and would be potentially interested in taking it.
I use to live in Moreland Rd and love Brunswick. My current accommodation is temporary which suits my work obligations. I have done quite a bit of house sitting in the past so I'm up for looking after Lulu as well.
How would you describe your housemates? Expectations of participating or following routines, partaking in activities with housemates/ sharing meals etc.
Look forward to hearing further from you,

Hi Sarah,

Here is Adriana. I am living now in Pigdon St, close to your area, but unfortunately it is a temporary room, so for the 1rst of Mai I should have found something new. I am planning to stay until the 31st of Mai for sure in Melbourne. It is when my research project at the RMIT University finishes. I try to apply sustainable development in cultural policies. Anyway, afterward I have one month holiday visa, that I will have to think about traveling around Australia or working a bit more.

I would like to know Lulu, I miss Beatle, my cat. I know is not the same, but let's see, how is the first impression ;) For me is very important how the housemates are. I don't want to live in a dormitory, I really like to share moments, respecting always the private moments of everyone.

Anyway, contact me if you would like to arrange a meeting!
Have a nice day!!
