boulogne bellancourt

hi everybody!
i have received a proposal for a job in boulogne bellancourt..is it far from Paris? do you think is ok to live in Paris and work there?..i mean it is a far and boring place or it is nice?

Well the centre of Boulogne Bellancourt is 1.5km from the south western edge of Paris. So it's pretty close. I think the entire area borders Paris. Is it cool? Well I cant answer that, I try my very hardest ever to leave Paris :p But I'll probably get some shit for that comment :D

From what I know Boulogne-Billancourt isn't a problematic area to be in. As for access, it's just a little outside Paris, right behind the Bois de Boulogne, at the end of metro line 10, so it's quite accessible from the city itself. However, the best rent/travel compromise would probably be to live somewhere on the left bank (south of the Seine)

I lived a couple of years there. It's a nice area, quite chic and expensive.

It's relatively well connected to Paris, with the métro.

And make sure that the job is really in Boulogne, not only the company. Some companies hire ppl to make subcontracting somewhere else.

www.votresalaire.fr should give you an idea of average salaries (it's in French though)
