It has been ages since we had a proper Pub Crawl, we have done this before with over 50 attendees, this time I am taking it to the next level. I am going to aim at least to double the attendees, hiring ambassadors, hosts and marketers to bring this event to everyone's attention. Our goal would be to raise $500 or as close to it as possible. This would also be a noble way of celebrating the "Young & Awesome" meet-up group passing the 1500 Members milestone in just 2 years.
The Pub Crawl will take part start off at
8:00pm at Patty Bolands
9:00pm at Whiskey Bar
10:00 at Honest Lawyers
11:00 at Mansion
Of course this itinerary is tentative and will be made concrete once I negotiate with the managers for a special rate and any amenities that will make the party more awesome.
The Tickets will be sold at $10 from which $3 will be set aside for RED CROSS and the rest will go into purchasing accessories, organizing and any pub covers. If there is any money left over after paying the organizing dues, that will automatically be put into the charity fund. I will upload the tax receipt from the donation for proof the very next day.
We will play some ice breaker games, drinking games, air hockey and mingle with everyone and dance the night away. What could better than knowing that you are having fun while doing a good deed.
INVITE your friends and family!
