Silent group meditation and Prajna Paramita reading

This meditation is a chance to continue your daily practice with the support of others.

Paris has a lot of sangha's that meet once a week or twice a month for hours long activities which cost money to attend. This is not that.

This is you and me and whoever might join devoting incense to the Buddha, sitting, smiling peacefully by a pond, and then reading the prajna paramita together.

Sitting meditation will last 30 minutes. This meditation is not guided, though I can instruct you on what to do if it's your first time (for free, of course).

Bring a pillow and a yoga mat or towel to sit on.

*note* this event will only happen if at least one other person confirms. Otherwise it's not group meditation, silly! Message me for specifics on where to meet if you're interested.
