• Hi guys! My name is Veronika. I don't know anyone from Buenos Aires as I live in Eastern Europe, but I would like to broaden my horizon. I have maybe some strange question: what do people read in Argentina? what music is popular? My favorite book by the way is Jonathan Livingston Seagull of Richard Bach http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10200209880742392&set=o.110311875681526&type=1&ref=nf Please hit LIKE under my essay if you like it (it for a contest by the way).
I would be glad to receive your answers;)

In relation with music, our popular music is Tango (mostly in Buenos Aires) and Floclore in the hole country.
Actually we listen a lot of music from everywhere! If you wanna ask me more, let me know! Regards!!!

a shame i´m not in buenos aires right now, to show you the place..
but, something you may read, is Eduardo Galeano, Mario Benedetti,
    Julio Cortazar, Jorge Luis Borges..
those are some of the best writers in argentina and known in the whole world..

I put two votes: one for Julio Cortázar and the other one for Jorge Luis Borges :).
If you want to listen good Tango Orchestras go to Torquato Tasso. I love this place: www.torquatotasso.com.ar and it is not expensive...
About music, apart from Tango and Floklore, we have Rock Nacional y Cumbia!
Have an awesome time in BA!
    God bless you!
