    Hey l am from diyarbakır actually the train will be cheapest way other ways cheack plain some time you could find really cheap flight cheaper than bus train will take 48 hours somethin flight 2 hours and bus 22 hours or if you have driver licence and you belive your self there is my polish friend planing to go there maybe you can reach them and rent car and go there by car it also could be cheap if you were for or five and rent car take care of you

    OnurAir, Atlas, or other domestic carriers might run the route too,
    You can also google 'man in seat 61' and click through to the 'Turkey' section of that website to read about train options, if you're interested in that, but you'd have to take a bus to Ankara, first, since east-bound trains from Istanbul are cancelled for a while.

    I think you should use air way. You can check flypgs.com flights dates. It's probably istanbul (asia side) sabiha gokcen to diyarbakir flights.
