• I am travelling to AU, melbourne next week. If anyone would like to interchange some language for a accomodation, count me in.

I could teach spanish and portuguese. So its good to know a lot of things about both languages before travelling to southamerica and caribeen.

I love to know new people all the time.

Some told me that it is highly recommended to buy a mobile chip with credit for 17aud. Which do you suggest as best company in AU and any other info
    Thanks,
    Mariano

    Hi Mariano,

Telstra is generally considered to be the best network (although people love to hate telstra as it's the biggest company in AUS, it has the fastest 3G speeds and the best coverage in both cities and rural areas).

That said it's slightly more expensive than the other providers like optus and vodafone.

Enjoy your time here and if I can help you let me know (not currently in Melbourne otherwise I would offer)

If you have a smart phone here's the beat deal: A WOOLWORTHS SIMCARD lol. It uses the optus network but heres wht i have for 29$:
    - 500$ of credit (250$ regular and 250$ optus to optus)
    - 5 gb of internet (you can skype for hours and always keep your iternet open)
    - 45 days of use so its about 20$ a months

The sim card is only 2$
