    Hi There,

I've changed some Euros to Usd, back in the time, you can call them and book your change that way even if the rates change when you get there, you'll have your rate booked.

Hi Justine: I work in financial markets field here in Paris and I did many times currency exchange (eur vs usd or eur vs gbp). My advice to you is: look first at one of the websites that shows how much the FX:eur vs usd worths today (bbc.com for example) first, then when you find a FX office to fo your change ALWAYS negociate the rate you judge best for you....I did it many times nearby Pigalle or Grands Boulevard area and it works ;)
    Voila, bonne chance

And as for Ricky, all the rates you have on the website are "all inclusive", so no surprise in th end.

Change office are not allowed to apply taxes in France. They must show their exchange rate outside of the office and that's all. Obviously, they are free to define their exchange rate.
Only banks can apply a minimum fee unrelated with the sum you want to change.
