• Hi guys,

I'm coming to Japan (Tokyo) in august with a friend of mine. I've really dreamt about playing a football match on the adidas futsal rooftop arena in Tokyo. (This is a picture from it; http://farm1.staticflickr.com/35/107978528_83f624ed7c.jpg)
Now is my question; is this possible to just do at that arena? Or do you have to rent it or something else?

Maybe if we can find a few players around here we can arrange something.
It would be ideal for us to just play with/against some Japanese, it's something different for us too, since we're both Europeans.

Other places in Tokyo to play football are welcome too!

    Hey Caru
As soon as the days will get "warm enough", I do plan to play football.
And I do want to play once in that area as well, it's on my to do list in Tokyo/Japan.
A Google Images search with the image you linked gave me the name of it, "Adidas football park Shibuya", which gave me different pages, including that one http://info.japantimes.co.jp/text/fl20030518a1.html
    ...
Still need more information about it, but that's a start

    Hi David,
That's a good article to start with indeed. It would be really special if we can play a match during the evening with all those lights on. Unfortunately, the competition to reserve the ground is tough (like mentioned in the article), but since I'm there in august, there should be plenty of time to reserve it for one evening!
    Thanks for answering.
