• I am coming to Vancouver for a few days at the end of next week with one or two friends. I´ve never been to Vancouver and we don´t have too much time, I was wondering if you would have any tips on what to do, where to eat, what to see or where to visit. Or anyhting that we wouldn´t know, but would definately be worth it! If anyone would have time or interest to show around would be even better!
Everything (or anything?) will be greatly appreciated!
Looking forward to hearing from you :)

    Greetings,
    Hanna

    Here are some tips:

    - rent a bike and ride the Stanley park seawall
    - lots of restaurants along Denman street in English bay
    - good bars/lounges and restaurants in Gastown and Crosstown (The Union, East of Main, and Bao Bei are really cool resto-bars in Crosstown)
    - check out Granville Island/west 4th street for shopping
    - take the gondola up grouse mountain, or walk along the capilano suspension bridge
    - go for dinner/drinks on Commercial drive and check out a show at the Cultch theatre
    - hipster shop around Mount Pleasant/main street (49th Parallel is a great coffee shop, and Toshi sushi is a sushi place the locals flock to)

    Have fun!

    Hello Hanna!
