ABOUT ME

My partner Ross and I are almost always a package deal. And that's a good thing, because you are going to love us both. I'm a passionate, creative visionary who has created some awesome spiritual tools and systems (Chakra Boosters Healing Tattoos and Chakra Life Cycle System) as well as an international life coach, screenwriter and musician. If it's creative, chances are, I do it.

Ross is the creator of ConsciousLifeNews.com which we both now edit on a daily basis.

We are spiritual, playful, curious, young for our age(s), super active and really big-hearted. We are passionately involved in the movement on the earth right now to bring the power back to the people and to focus on unity and love the earth.

PHILOSOPHY

It's all good and it's all god (consciousness). You, me, everything. Embodiment is the new "enlightenment" -- we're here to be ourselves and enjoy ourselves while helping others do the same (and taking care of Mother Earth). HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Because our work is online, we like to travel a lot. We way prefer to see the world from the perspective of those who live there than from some homogenized hotel. We just recently bought a lovely home in Sedona, Arizona which we believe is the most beautiful and magical place on earth. Now that we have the room, we hope to host couchsurfers when we aren't on the road and show people this amazing town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've been a host three times and a CS once, and the experiences were absolutely awesome. I'm sold!! Here's a little CS experiene from my distant past (lol): When I was 18 years old (long ago -- lol), a friend and I arrived in Nice on the eve of France's Independence day. There were NO hotel rooms anywhere. We ended up crashing at the home of one of the workers from the local hostel. He had a crush on me and a toothbrush fetish (kept it in his mouth most of the time). Just one more aspect of a very interesting trip. Traveling is for experiences!!

I tend to read non-fiction -- bios, spiritual books, and how tos (Byron Katie, Debbie Ford, Eckhart Tolle, Elizabeth Gilbert). In fiction, I enjoy Milan Kundera and Sue Monk Kidd. I love film festivals because I love quirkie indie films. Harold & Maude may be my favorite of all time, but there are many close seconds. I enjoy healing music like Donna DeLory and Deva Premal & Miten and Larisa Stow -- also Jason Mraz, Imogen Heap, Sarah McLachlan, John Mayer.

One amazing thing I've ever done? Sorry, can't narrow it down to one. How about four? I was a surrogate mother -- twice -- and a professional stand up comedian for a while too. I backpacked through nine countries in Europe when I was 18 and recently, I climbed to the top of Bell Rock here in Sedona.

I've studied the art of life and have a lot of tools for making it better. I'm a yoga teacher, Master Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner, and I'm also a writer. I love being affected by everyone I meet and always take away something positive. I'd really like learning different healing modalities, technical stuff (I tend to be a technophobe) and how to be better at golf. I'd love to try surfing!!
