To travel and explore as much as possible in between school and work. If I can't travel I love meeting locals and travelers alike.

ABOUT ME

I really enjoy talking to and meeting new people of all kinds. I'm sociable and considerate and I really value my interactions with other people as a part of my life experience. I'm a multi-musician/singer and I love art in every form. I'm also very involved in my academic and professional career. I love talking about psychology, music, art, literature, science, philosophy, whatever. If I don't know enough about something to talk about it I love to listen and ask questions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couchsurfed while I was traveling in Europe (mostly in Budapest and a little in Germany), but now that I'm back at home and have an apartment again, I'm hosting travelers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent 1 night with a couchsurfer in Weisebaden, Germany, and 4 nights with another in Budapest, Hungary. I haven't hosted anyone yet as I just recently moved into a place that allows me to, but I'm looking forward to it!

Interests

I enjoy listening to and playing music, watching and acting in theater, river rafting, backpacking, hiking, dancing, singing, playing, reading, cooking, talking to people and meeting people, learning in school and personally, and of course traveling.

Jazz, Funk, Rock, Metal, Pop, Blues, Reggae, Country, Folk, Bluegrass, Hip-hop.... Umm I just like music that is well-written and well-played. If I can feel it, I love it.

I love classic American and British literature and I love Sci-Fi/Fantasy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling around Europe by myself for a month was an amazing experience. With just my backpack and my rail pass I stayed in 7 different countries in 30 days and made a bunch of wonderful friends, had a wonderful time with people with whom I had no common language, and saw many things that I might never see again.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My studio apartment, my talent for music and cooking, my love of people and conversation, and my knowledge of local restaurants/entertainment/outdoor activities.
