I am a young woman still trying to figure out where my place has to be in this world as well as trying to get by everyday life in Aalborg, Denmark.

I have always liked traveling and I am quite sure I would continue to enjoy it. Despite that I am also a homebody and in great need of a "base" where I know I can retrieve myself and "reload".
Trying new stuff like a dish or something the country has to offer in any other way is also something I try to plan trying out when visiting a new place. Often it has brought good things with it - Surströmming is not one of them though ;).

I am outgoing, easy to talk to and likely to fall in love with the places I visit.

I can still be thrilled about my bungee jump in Amsterdam in 2012. It was the craziest I have tried.

Of course Japan was wild as well. Total culture chock. It was so hot, is was amazing with the shrines and parks and Roppongi was just cool :D All the people we met there were the best and we had some pretty funny moments with them :)
In Tokyo I experienced going up in the second tallest building in the world with my friend, Sofie. The glass floor on the first stop was super cool and there were even window cleaners outside of the building! Crazy shit. But fantastic view.

When I was in Africa and got close to the animals and another nature. It was amazing both at the beach and more inland. I think it was one of my greatest travels and I am going back there.

Northern Lights. There is nothing like it. While I have been living in Norway I have seen the northern light several times I cannot get tired of watching it. I do understand why people of very old days thought it was some kind of higher power.

Experieng the midnight sun is both crazy and very beautiful. While living in Norway there was midnight sun in one month and a half. It was both hard to get used to but it was also very nice having sun all the time. Cool experience.

Going to the Saltstraumen in ripping boats. Saltstraumen is a small strait with the strongest tidal current in the world and when we went into it with the boat we were literally lifted a couple of meters to the right side! So powerful and the ripping boats was also very cool!

On my way back to Denmark with my parents we stopped at Sjoa and went on a White Water trip for 1 ½ hour. It was a level 3+ and it was the greatest experience in a long time. My parents had their anniversary and they payed for the trip. Amazing, best and cutest guid ever and cool pictures as well. I loved it. - A place I want to go back to.

Scorpions in China and also the proposal I got from someones father who had observed that I did not carry a ring on my finger and again the cultural differences with spitting, sloppy eating and no sense of personal space was somewhat interesting to go through on my 15 days stay.

Haggish in Scotland was amazing - I can go back to Edinburgh just to have a taste again.

The thermal baths in Hungary, Budapest. Super cool and nice to try out. Definitely something I would recommend everyone going to Budapest, no doubt.

Silent Retreat in Bali, Indonesia. Something I am going to try out once again and this time even more days in silence for sure. I "only" had 5 days at the stay.

Cave diving in Mexico as well as their food. I will be dreaming of Mexican spices and food markets and all that stuff for years wishing to go back to have a taste. Never to forget the amazing temples and the bitter cockroaches. The Oaxaca cheese and nutty caramels! Thank you Mexico for all the colours both in my mouth and in the scenery.
