ABOUT ME

I just moved to a monastery in Vermont! I would love to meet people in this beautiful state.

I am open-minded. (I know, I know, like everyone here.) To people of different backgrounds and cultures. To different perspectives and lifestyles. I am also curious and fascinated by people.

I just graduated from university in Philadelphia (economics and marketing) although I grew up in Las Vegas. I love to photograph, sing randomly in public, write, talk to strangers, laugh without reason, draw, find beauty in the everyday, travel, cook, sip cappuccinos for hours, and learn all about cultures and languages. I am an undergraduate student, trying to find my passion, discovering my spiritual/religious beliefs, living in the moment, figuring out who I am.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been and hope to continue to meet open people who enjoy cultures and traveling just like me. I also hope to host in the future! Don't hesitate to contact me if you are in the area/would like to meet up/would like to talk!

I have couchsurfed in Italy, Australia, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia as well as hosted a couple times.

I have always wondered how I would be able to make friends outside of the normal realm of classes and work. I have always believed in the kindness of strangers and the beauty of random interactions with others. Couchsurfing has given me the opportunity to actually become friends with people I never would have met otherwise. This to me is beautiful.

I am always in the middle of 5 books at a time. Reading is so powerful. I have played music most of my life and love it although find it tiring to continuously find new music, so I usually just listen to anything acoustic and mellow. I watch movies rarely but love anything with a good story and complex characters.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I marched as a piccolo player in the parade of the 1st inauguration of Barack Obama, at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2010, and in the All-American Bowl in 2011.

Nothing I have seen compares to the people I have met!
