We are on our way to passive income and want to prepare to travel the world and start vlogging.
We would like to meet people that can inspire us. If you are vlogging or traveling for a longer time, we are very interested in hosting you.

We are also making connections so we will have places later on to stay when traveling.

Despite living in Amsterdam and being a half-dutch couple, we are not into weed or drinking and we have senior neighbors next to us and living below us.

We like to host RELIABLE PEOPLE as we value our time and are quite busy and need to be home when you arrive home. If you want to come a whole weekend it can be difficult, as also in weekends we just have a lot of our own things to do.

I love getting immerged in different cultures and languages, I enjoy playing the cello and the piano, and <3 trying new things (like snowboarding).

I am always working on something, not afraid to be different, standing up for other people, there to help, love to talk and can be both serious and fun.

ABOUT YAQI

My wife-to be is fun to be around, very social, considerate and knowledgeable. She is the one being street-smart and this helped greatly when traveling and in our day-to day life. She is from Huangshan, Anhui province next to Shanghai province in China.

I've had a great experience couch surfing in Olot Barcelona, Sao Luis Brazil, Santiago Chile, The USA LA and Las Vegas.
I've been to a couple of local group meetings in The Netherlands and host travelers in Amsterdam.

HOSTING YOU

We love to host you in Amsterdam. We will give you a place to sleep and can provide you with food! We hope that you return us the favour when we travel to your country!

Because we both work full-time, we expect you to be on your own in exploring the city, but we can help you with tips and whatever else you need.

Interests

We love to meet new people and like to talk or do things together: trips, hikes, sports, music or trying new food! But watching a movie every once in a while is great too.

We like to speak about what interests you or about ideas and how you look at something (that could have to do with philosophy, spirituality, economy, environment or pretty much everything!). It's really interesting how the world is changing now! And we like experiencing people's lifestyles and the many different ways of how they make a living!

-Snowboarding/ skiing in the rocky mountains
-Hiked and camped in the grand canyon, Sedona rocks, and met eye to eye with a bear in yosemite.
-Road trip through Utah, the Titan rocks, and yellow stone
-Skydive in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Studied a semester in Rio de Janeiro

Involved in the creation of a startup of hand-baked healthy muffins

Visited Thailand and China with my Chinese wife-to-be.
