HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I made my profile on couchsurfing in 2012 but never used it, not knowing exactly what it was, and beeing really careful. Anyway, me and my family invited people from New Zealand to stay at home instead of the campsite, without using couchsurfing, and we liked helping people. So we participate by helping each other.
But during our travel in Guadeloupe, a couchsurfer has invited us and showed us how to use this system.
So I am more confident now and start looking for people by the website.
