A fun loving guy who lives for the moment but doesn't mess around when it comes to the serious things in life.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to be kind to others - I believe in Karma but don't take shit from people. I don't care what your opinion is but don't force it on me - I won't be forcing mine on you. You can pray to Jesus, Allah or kneel to Buddha all you want - I'm not to be converted ! I lean center left politically, believe that everyone has a right to education and health care but that there comes a time you need to take personal responsibility.

Scuba Diving !!! Used to love Muay Thai and skiing but snapped my back and can't do my crazy sports any more :(

Too many, too diverse to list really. Not a fan of fluff - hate Eat Pray Love for example - contrived, paid for in advance and not real.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Diving to 70 metres and sitting in a deck chair on a reef left there by some nut cases and staring into the abyss in the coral sea.
- Diving with over forty sharks swimming around me in the great barrier reef.
- Fighting in front of 1000 Thai people gunning for my blood - I won but with a fractured cheekbone for my troubles !
- Eating a still beating snakes heart in Vietnam with the whole restaurant watching me

Teach, Learn, Share

Been around the world, eaten everything under the sun (except turtle, whale, shark, horse and dog/cat - no need - beef, chicken and pork are tasty enough - but I don't like snakes and crocodiles and Kangaroos aren't going extinct any time soon) I have a certain humanity and understanding of health, its socio economic variables and the systems that surround it that few in the world have qualifications for. Other than that I love talking about diving and travelling and diverse cultures - although I am the first to admit ignorance and a level of intolerance toward certain cultural practices.
