CURRENT MISSION
Traveling and Working Around the World - Meeting GLBT Friendly People
ABOUT ME
About two years ago I sold everything I owned and quit my job in Florida. I packed up what few remaining items I had into a backpack and set off with a one-way ticket to El Salvador.
In the time following that I have visited around 30 countries in 3 continents. I have met amazing people, and plan to continue this way of life for as long as my heart tells me to.
PHILOSOPHY
Pura Vida - Let every do as they wish so long as they aren't hurting people... and try not to judge them for doing it.
Ignore the noise around me, listen to my intuition and follow my "heart".
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am primarily a couchsurfer as I don't actually have a house of my own. I like to cook for my host from time to time, so be prepared!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CS experience was about two years ago when I went down to Costa Rica for my 27th birthday. I spent two weeks there, and about half that time I was couchsurfing. I had such an amazing time, that I used the service again Puerto Rico.
Last year when I was back in Costa Rica, I was able to meet up with my previous host and spend a couple nights catching up. It was really a great time.
I have not used couchsurfing for more than a year, but as I travel back to western countries I want to try it out again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Was an exchange student in Finland when I was 16. Celebrated my 27th birthday in Oct with my couch surfing host and some other backpackers. It was amazing. After we got back to the house, they surprised me with a birthday pizza pie. Lived in Thailand for 1.5 years.
