About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Freeing the mind; thinking with the heart.

ABOUT ME

I'm every easy going, and very capable of adapting to my surroundings. Although I have evolved a great deal, my understanding of life, and beliefs have changed. With a current understanding that we are co-creators, it becomes essential to maintain a healthy vibration of love, happiness, and forgiveness. We reap what we sow, and there for planting good seeds, brings joy into ones life.

I do enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, cycling, swimming, and many other outdoor activities. I am also a jack of many trades, and enjoy sharing my my skills with others. Also have a great deal of respect for others personal space, and love to live in a clean and tidy place.

PHILOSOPHY

Yesterday will always be the past, tomorrow will always be the future, but today will always be in the now.

Cherish others space, and beliefs; their walking their own path. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: inspirational, motivational, and just good for the soul.
Music: Yoga, Meditation, Reggae, jungle, high vibrational beats for the dancing feet.
Books: Usually books that educate, or enlighten me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Overcoming arthritis, and cycling in the half Tour DE Tahoe, while finishing first was an amazing accomplishment, and have been cycling ever since.

A time I hitched hiked, for the first time, and currently the last time to Mt Shasta. The experience was so intense, and out of this world that there are few people that can even believe the story. The story takes about an hour to tell in full detail, and have only told a few people the details of that journey.

Teach, Learn, Share

The greatest teachers in life, are those that understand that they too, are a student in their own surroundings.

Listening & Sharing experiences can become on of the greatest rewards that life has to offer.
