ABOUT ME

I'm an open-minded, adventurous, hopeless romantic, smiling girl from Italy, currently studying language teaching in Venice. I love summer and it's my favourite season for travelling. Meeting different cultures and hearing different accents excite me, that's why I'm studying foreign languages and trying to have working and studying experiences abroad (my Erasmus stay in Greece changed my life). I'm friendly and easy-going, but sometimes I get distracted or bored eaily. Anyway, I can have a good laugh with almost anyone :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have surfed, met and traveled with couchsurfers and participated to some couchsurfing events in Barcelona and Venice. I haven't hosted yet because of lack of space.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted in Malta for three weeks. I hung out with some couchsurfers in Barcelona and took part in some events; surfed in summer 2014 on the US west coast and Canada and summer 2015 in Portugal. Occasionally meeting CS travellers in Venice, where I'm studying

Interests

Visiting new places, watching movies, laughing out loud with friends, daydreaming, discovering beautiful and hidden spots (especially beaches), getting surprised, every form of art, being lazy with my loved one

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a cinema lover and I try to keep up-to-date about it. I like dramas, witty comedies and musicals, but I don't dislike action movies either such as Tarantino's ones.

I generally prefer rock music, but I like songs which can be considered interesting in some ways. Among my favourites: Oasis, The Beatles, U2, Coldplay, Blink-182, the Clash, rock 'n roll and surf rock from the 50s, hard rock and punk from the 70s.

I like reading but I am really a slow reader. I'm currently reading the Millennium trilogy by Larsson and I love it. Grew up reading JK Rowling, Hornby, Baricco and others.

If you're interested in my language, I love teaching it so..let me know. Plus, I can help with volley-ball practice.

I'd love learning Czech and some extreme sports (surfing, parachuting). Moving my first steps with ukulele.
