Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love playing and listening to music, and anything in the outdoors. I like to bike, run, climb mountains and volcanoes, rock climb, ski, snowshoe, and anything in between. I also love ultimate frisbee, softball, and team sports. I am interested in meeting people and sharing my life with them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have recently started hosting in Quito, and would love to have you come and visit! I would also love to visit your couch in the near future...particularly the teacher vacation breaks I get. We have had some lovely gals from Europe visit so far, but come one, come all!

Music...yes, please. Pentatonix, Hillsong, Jesse y Joy, Reik, Juan Luis Guerra, Salsa, Merengue, anything Latin, Jazz, Classical, Rock, Folk/Indie Mumford & Sons kinda stuff, you name it...not much I don't like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed Cotopaxi and Cayambe, 19,000 foot high volcanoes this past year, one of them being the tallest mountain on the equator. I went to Macchu Picchu, and climbed two more peaks in the Cordillera Blanca of Peru, Urus and Ishinca.

I like practicing Spanish, teaching people musical instruments, and I like learning about pretty much anything...
