About Me

I.m an active person, and when I finished my bachelor degree I decided to move to England, where I worked as chef, for about a year. After that I studied a career in food science in Barcelona. Then I moved to Chiapas, México, to start a little project with an amazing group of women (Mujeres y Maíz Criollo). The main objective was to increase the consciousness about the importance of food, how we relate to ourselves, others and the environment. I also went there because I wanted to learn more about indigenous culture and the Zapatista movement.

I like learning new languages, and I also like to talk and listen a lot. Good communication is key for me.

I want to "live" the places I go to, not as turist but a traveler because the world is full of experiences and cultures, and if you just go up in a "tourist-bus" you miss them all. If you go walking everywhere, you can stop there and meet that and do that other thing you hadn't planned (and probably wouldn't have imagined). And because of that I m walking from Bern to Barcelona

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Paris was my first time, there I met two amazing men who priceless took care of starting the experience with an amazing friendship. I.ve realized how special this experience is, when the first paris host, (as he had a tiny room to live)and decided to share it.

But what I love the most about CouchSurfing is to be able to have time. Interact with the people and hear the priceless recommendations of what they like to do. Learn about others and their manners.

Interests

I LOVE, alot. And I like to use my time walking, reading, cooking and watching films, and everything that can be related to that. I like to hear stories (historical or fiction) but I also like to tell mines.
