ABOUT ME
We are an easy going family who love the outdoors. Travel is what keeps my soul alive. I believe travel is what helps us remain grounded and realise the important things in our lives.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is a journey ..... not a destination

Music, Movies, and Books
Simple Plan is a family favourite. We all love music - Ike (14) is a mad keen drummer so he is always tapping a beat. We all enjoy a variety of music.
We rarely watch TV or movies.
Reading ..... that's a homework chore only ... we arent readers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2012 we did a 4 month trip through the UK and Europe in a Wicked Camper. 120 days through 24 countries - very proud of our family for making it ! A truly life changing experience !
We have backpacked through Thailand and Vietnam. Have traveled to lots of South Pacific Islands. And live in Vanuatu regularly ... mostly on a tight budget with our children.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want my children to become successful adults .... what is a successful adult? One that follows their dreams and achieves their own life goals with hard work and some creativity - perhaps like many of you couch surfers.
A successful adult is not one stuck in an office all day earning huge income and buying unnecessary material objects.
What I Can Share with Hosts
a comfy bed, some gorgeous beaches, simple healthy food, an insight into an Australian family
Countries I’ve Lived In
Vanuatu
