ABOUT ME

I was born in Estonia (some like to remind me it was part of the Soviet Union at the time but I'm a true Estonian) and moved to Finland quite soon. I lived in a small town of Anjalankoski for the most of my life, went to school there and had a great childhood. I then moved to Helsinki to go to the University which then took a while for me to finish.

Yeah, you guessed it. I first had an internship, then went traveling, then traveled some more, worked and finally I just had to finish the BBA degree and be done with it.

After that I settled down in Estonia with my girlfriend (now a wife) and worked there and made some travels from there as well. Moved back to Finland to work and suddenly a great opportunity presented itself: my wife got a chance to work in DC, USA. I grabbed the chance and quit my career in Finland as well and here we are today.

To sum me up I'm a productivity blogger and soon to be author, marketer, entrepreneur, lifestyle designer. Tech freak & social media addict. What that means is a lot of thinking, idealism, arts and philosophy of life.

PHILOSOPHY

I love life, I love food, I love marveling. Sometimes I'm easily distracted and other times you can't disrupt my focus no matter how hard you try. Learning is my thing and I learn the most from other people.

I haven't done CS before at all, I know people who have and they all said it was a great experience so I'd like to be a part of it!

Interests

Reading, writing and admiring beautiful design. Marveling the world and just plain being alive. Also anything that is associated with extreme sports such as skydiving, rock climbing, bouldering, skateboarding, longboarding, thaiboxing or brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Skydived a couple of years, climbed the Kilimanjaro and dived in the vicinity of Ko Tao.
