About Me

UPDATE
I left my job in brazil in July 2021 nd I've been on the road since August the same year. I don't know where this is leading me to, but I keep going. From times to times I need to work on seasonal jobs to get some money to keep going. I worked in Andorra during the whole winter season of 2021/2022. At this moment when I'm writing this update in Croatia. I also do some volunteer work in exchange for accomodation and food through Workaway and WorldPacker.

CURRENT MISSION

Prove that we can still trust human beings.

ABOUT ME

At the moment I don't have the time to be creative so I will just give a fair description of myself. I love travelling and could say I'm kind of cosmopolit guy. I'm an really easy-going person ( not me saying that heheh) and really would like meeting travellers to hear about their experiences. Right now I haven't been able to travel so much, at least not in the physical world, but I'd love to travel on sharing experience with other couchsurfers,

PHILOSOPHY

Like Bon Jovi said once:
"It's my life/ It's now or never/ I ain't gonna live forever/ I just wanna live while I'm alive"
"Não faça com ninguém o que não gostaria que fosse feito com você"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In my city: Are you nearby and want somebody to show you the city or just hang out and have a talk? You can get in contact with me! Depending on the situation, I might even be able host :)

Abroad: I try to be the best surfer possible. I am talkative and I love to learn other people experiences and share my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2014 I started to really experience Couchsurfing, although I'had gone to some events of CouchSurfing community in my city before. In the beggining of the year, I backpacked here in South America for 2 months, where I surfed some couches and met many Couchsurfers. Back home, as I can't host, I try to help people the most I can and help them to know better my city. It has been really nice. I learn a lot from others Couchsurfers and I expect to use that in my mission to live life.
(UPDATE)
I've done many trips, abroad and in Brazil. In 2016, I went to live in Spain as an exchange student, I travel around Western Europe, when I had the opportunity to visit many Capital cities, and couchsurfing was a key tool that improved my experience.
I've also hitchhiked here in Brazil. i was able to meet amazing people who hosted me on my way.

I am really grateful that Couchsurfing exists. It actually was a turnpoint for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

It´s quite hard. I have my moments. I am quite eclethic, so I can listen to almost everything, depending on the moment. But one true thing is that I LOVE brazilian music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014, I backpacked here in SouthAmerica. I've travelled through Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru for 2 months, which was worthy as a whole life. I experienced walking alone for 2 hours in the Atacama desert, did bungeejump in an argentinian Lake a and rode down The death Road in Bolivia on a bike ad took an 1-hour climbing stairs to the Wonderful sight of Macchu Pichu in Peru.

In 2016, I went to live in Granada, Spain, as an exchange student. it was my first time in Europe and also the first experience living abroad. I did a lot of amazing things, as the Camino de Santiago in Spain with a friend. We did the "Camino Primitivo". It took us 12 days walking to get to Santiago. Although all the pain, we got there!

Also during my time in Spain, I went to a "Romería", an catholic procession that took place in Andújar, Spain. I friend invited me to join his family during the event. i am not the religious kind of gain, but I must admit that It was an incredible experience. There I was invited to a TV show where I was interviewed by the main TV chain of South Spain and you can watch it on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybbiJftRimY&t=8358s (I appear at 2h11m40s)

Travelling to Morocco, sleeping one night at the Sahara Desert, looking at the stars.

In 2018, I hitchhiked all the way from Brasilia to Santa Fe, in Argentina. Initially, it was supposed to be only a 2-wks trip. I enjoyed doing it so much that I kept going further for 5wks in total. I had the opportunity to visit many old friends and also make some other valuable friendships.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to cook some famous brazilian dishes :) I can share my traveling experience. And I'd love to learn anything that You might have to teach me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I try to be the best surfer possile. I like to get to know my host and make friends. I love sharing my experiences and also listening to my host's. I can cook delicious brazilian food and introduce my host to the best of brazilian music!!!
