Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
explore the world, learn new things daily, and never get too old to dream big
ABOUT ME
I am outgoing, and talkative to a fault. I love to get to know people, and I never run out of things to say. My friends typically call me "ridiculous" due to my tendency to try anything once, and my carefree attitude. I have a big heart, and I genuinely care about others feelings.
PHILOSOPHY
every now and then, it's important to pause in our pursuit of happiness, and just be happy.
Interests
I love to read both fiction and nonfiction. I am a huge "foodie" in that I love trying all kinds of food from different cultures-- especially street food. My favorite part of being in a new place is seeing what types of food they have to offer. I also really enjoy learning new languages. I was born in America, but my mother is French and so I learned French from her. Living here in Germany, I have started to learn German as well. I love to learn a few phrases in each language of the countries I visit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the coolest drives I've ever taken in my life was from Garmisch into Innsbruck, Austria. The autobahn snakes through the mountains, and suddenly on your right hand side the entire city is exposed deep in a valley, surrounded by the beautiful Austrian alps. The view on the drive alone was enough to make me fall in love with Innsbruck, and the city itself is so full of life and character.
This year, I had the pleasure of attending Mardi Gras 2012 in New Orleans for an entire week. It was the craziest week of my life- and I barely spent any time at all in the French Quarter. People in Louisiana are so friendly, and I made a ton of friends whom I will always remember. I highly recommend doing this at least once in your life; it is an absolutely incredible experience.
