About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Are we supposed to have one?

ABOUT ME

I don´t know what my friends would say about me, hopefully good things, i mean...they are my friends right? I´m sorry but i don´t think i can fit a proper description of myself here. I can say i´m easy going i guess, and that i enjoy adventure.

PHILOSOPHY

You gotta be kidding

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Around eight times surfing so far and looking forward to more in the future

Interests

When im at home I spend my time mostly daydreaming, but also eating, drinking, sleeping, listenning to music, walking (an awful lot), studying/writing, reading, watching good movies, going out with friends and then walking again.

When i am travelling i like to live up to the day, and i'm trying hard to be able to do the same when i return home.

I would like to speak decent German some day. I like red wine. I like the beach in my city Valencia. I like cities with some history. I enjoy discovering new worlds/atmospheres that are nothing like mine. I like very much the sunlight in my country.

Music, Movies, and Books

I could talk about the ones I like but lately I find myself thinking of the much bigger group of movies/music/ books that are unknown to me but would mean a lot if they weren't. "If I never meet you in this life, let me feel the lack", that's a quote from "The Thin Red Line", a book with a brilliant 1998 cinematographic adaptation by Terrence Malick.

When it comes to literature Gabriel García Marquez, Gabo, meant and means a lot to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw this man sitting once on the middle of the street with a little girl, probably his daughter, and my heart broke, and I don't even know why.

I've travelled around the Sun 25 times and counting.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to share anything i know / help in any matter where i might be helpful.
I have just finished my math degree (officially a mathematician!) and have studied 3 years of economics. Unfortunately i perform very poorly with any musical instrument you could give me. I do know something about poetry and literature; and about cinema too. I can teach you that you will never be capable of folding a paper in half more than 8 times :), and the distance that you would reach if you could do it 42 times. Oh and I know some kickboxing!

I can tell you that i think too many people live following the latest trend, and that it is important to understand that the world is not that narrow (changing space by time) to discover the things it has to offer.
