ABOUT ME

I see myself and others as part of an integral whole. We are all children of the same source! As I continue to remind myself of this I have been evolving as an integrated being with growing capacity to love my self and others. I can feel my heart becoming more expansive like the grinch only my heart didn't seem to shrivel up so much prior to;)

兴趣

So many things, but top three involve some sort of yoga, music or dance. I am drawn to most any kind of expression with just the body. The healing arts, existential questions, jamming, spontaneous jamming, snow boarding, surfing, exploring, inginging for the ing sake of it.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Feeling the love of Mother Earth and Father Sky as a Divine Child has still been one of my most moving experiences thus far. I've seen many amazing things, but without love it's not the same. The mountains in Colorado are breathtaking once you come out of a long tunnel over the continental divide from Denver, soon to be followed by ecstacy in the thrill of surfing in powdery snow for as long as your heart desires. Recently went to Tulum, Belize and Tikal (12/2012:). Was amazingly gorgeous from snorkeling in the reef to walking through ancient ruins in the jungle.
