If you are comfortable speaking French, my partner, Dérik, is French-Canadian and would absolutely love the chance to speak French with someone who will speak French back (I'm pretty terrible at French, but understand enough to get by).

I'm a laid-back person. I like hammocks, tea, dancing, surfing, yoga, hiking, camping, camp fires, long days and warm nights (I'm pretty excited for summer).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Vienna, Austria, I stayed in a hostel room with 5 other people. Right away we clicked. That evening we all went downstairs to the bar to grab a pint and talk. We talked for hours and hours... it was the most amazing thing I'd ever experienced! Random people put in a room just able to talk freely about anything, there's no better feeling :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Beer, cycle touring and backpacking stories, food, a sleeping pad and bag (unless you have your own) to sleep in the spare room.
