ABOUT ME

I love discovering cities; walking through the streets, observing the buildings, the people around me, how they dress, their interactions, listening to how they talk, trying to understand everyday life... I enjoy meeting people from all over, I have a thirst for life and new experiences. I like to surprise and be surprised. I'm always dreaming about where to go next, traveling is also a way of education, it expands our horizons and enriches our spirit and it's fantastic that we can all participate to exchange knowledge and experiences. I'm a full-time masters student in Urban Planning, I also participate in a multilingual community radio station and co-organize an intercultural film festival in Montreal, Québec.

Hosting, surfing, meetings with local CS groups, asking for and giving advice when possible

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined CS in 2006, I surfed in Italy, Germany, Norway, Brazil and a couple of places in US (Las Vegas, NYC, Salt Lake City, Santa Fe) and have also hosted many travelers in Montreal. I have done short trips and longer trips with other CSers, met up for dinner or walks in various cities. I was active in the CS Montreal community for some time and have participated in CS meetings in New York City, Mexico City and have found a wonderful CS bunch during my 2 month internship in Recife, Brazil!

I LOVE LIVE MUSIC! quite an eclectic taste... a bit of everything... trip hop, flamenco, trova, bossa nova-- I like dancing salsa, cumbia, etc.. currently learning Brazilian forró!

Can help people improve their English, French and Spanish, in exchange for Italian and Portuguese conversation. I'm currently learning capoeira, would love to learn how to play the Berimbau!
